Curious - what was interest in team this year / how many turned away

    Just curious to check on interest this year- have heard of many wanting to play with no place to play and those being cut from team.

    not trying to assess just one team

    know that there were requests in the Wake Forest and Oxford / Person area with no place to play. Had more interest in 297 than available spots and heard that Powell had a lot more interest than spots available in Cary.

    hope is that this exists in multiple areas so maybe Legion has a possibility to expand in the number of teams

    We had 23 show up for tryouts at Rocky Mount. Had to cut 5 guys it was hard and very tough.

    Durham Post 7 had to turn away 4 for the senior team and 7 for the junior team.
