    Plan and simple__ Tom Harper did apply and has interviewed twice- this is a fantastic opportunity for Coach Harper, if hired he will do a great job at West.

    u may be right...but i feel that if he were to be leaving i would be one of the first to know.....i'll ask him personally tomorrow in weight training

    I think everyone agrees that coach harper is a good guy and a pretty good coach. My problem with this situation is that he may not be better than the guy they fired. After all, wasn't Styron like 5-0 against Tom Harper's teams at EB?
    Sure, Styron had his problems and issues at WC and going after a guy like BIGG may have been very enticing to the WC administration. However, it appears that Chris Burton screwed the pooch in a royal fashion and may now have to settle for a coach that is no better or possibly even worse than the guy before. Brace for impact Warrior fans! Chris Burton screwed the old coach, screwed the football program, and now is about to screw you by hiring a warm body. If he could've landed BIGG he would be the hero. Being that he couldn't all of the horse shit that Styron had to eat over the last couple of years will now fall in his lap. I hope it tastes good and I hope you choke on it, Chris. Nobody in their right mind would go to work for this guy if they knew the crap that this guy has pulled.

    he interviewed but it's doubtful he's leaving....as far as i know he's staying

    Guys, the wait is over. West will announce the new coach at the end of the week. The person that has been selected has never had his name mentioned on this board before. He is a great man and a good coach...lets all get behind him and support the coach and the kids, which is the way it should be.
