Put ACR down a few or more pegs if some of what I have heard comes to fruition. Clement and Eby may end up elsewhere, like the private school (Veritas Christian Academy) that has the 7'+ big man that has scouts in the stands every game or elsewhere. I have heard that one is going to Veritas and the other to Asheville. BTW here is an article on the big man at Veritas:

Courage is FEAR, that said it's PRAYERS.
I was unaware we were looking for a coach.

I know EB only lost hefner and Dilingham but those were ther two energy guys, WHS only has greene back. and ACR might lose its two best players.

My bad i must have been thinking about football. Its hard to keep up with all the coaching changes in the past 2 years.

WHS will be fine... put Greene down for about 20 every night. They are deep with big men and the JV team won conference outright last year so they have good talent moving up. They are suprisingly athletic, though not nearly as athletic as Mcdowell. They will more then likely be a three point threat but i would also look for them to pound it down low. Although they lost their 6'6 star Seth Moore, remember they did play without him the second half of the season and held their own. They also lost 6'4 Mitchell Harris, but he proved to be unproductive late in the season. They relied mostly on their guards. Their guards were all a toss up for playing time and about equal except Archer and Greene were head and shoulders above the others. They will develope and be pretty good this season though. Also got a great coach that hates to lose more then anyone ive ever seen in my life. They will be just fine this year.

I dont see Freedom finishing 5th in the conference. They have 4 out of 5 starters returning. They have been working hard in since the season ended in the weight room.Coach Rogers is too good of a coach to allow them to finish near the end of the conference again.I see freedom contending for the confernece championship with mcdowell. All 4 starters will be better than last year.Look for Clifton Avery to have a big year for the patriots along with Sam ford.
