Cheese you picking Hunter Huss again this year. I dont think I would count Ashbrook or Forestview out of that conference. Both teams have several core players coming back. I also think the Crest pitcher can Pitch with most girls in that conference. Should be a great race until the end.

now Tony, I didnt really pick huss to win the conference, but we will contend with east and southpoint. ashbrook lost some great infielders, pitcher, and prime outfielders, dont see any replacements their. Forestview will have to shift prime infielders like haley anderson to ss to fill holes, doesnt look good, they lost great offensive power and speed with the loss of jessi and heather, dont see any replacements their either, but, time will tell and I believe that most of the teams in our conference will handle the leftie from crest, we're quite used to outside pitching (kayla) only worried about the ss from crest, great player. just an opinion :imagestor

    TOO EARLY TO TELL

4A CC (only lost 1 starter,Butler game wasn't as close as score CC outhit Butler by at least 9-4)
ND ( what can you say a bridesmaid to WF no more)
BUTLER(don't think they lost anyone important,Ward will carry them a long ways
LANEY(will come out of east have all returning lost close games to SV last year.
If they have seeding the above should be in Raleigh but you never know for sure.

    3A KM (should be undefeated)
    WR ( only lost 1 )
    Enka always in the mix

    2A and 1A don't know

West Rowan will be difficult to handle along with NW Cabarrus, but West Iredell has a developing young team that will give the teams in NPC fits. They look to have a very strong team in the next couple of years.

    Hopewell

No one has mentioned Hopewell. As far as measuring up to Central, this team was extremely close to knocking off the Vikings last year. Hopewell has strong pitching and hitting returning this year. :twocents:

    East Waccamaw Conf. 1A / 2A

think the three 1A schools can compete for the conf champ. Pender very stong loosing two starters. East Columbus loosing 5 starters still got stong pitching thats a junior started there freshman and sophmore. Trask a lot of talent. North Brunswick will be on the 2A side should be strong
