Where are the top players in 04' planning on going to college? Lets hear from you dads and coaches. How many have already made a verbal or what colleges they have received an offer from already.
Brittany Shetley has received offers from USC-S and Catawba. She liked both schools and their respective programs. She is trying to decide which school offers the curriculum that she wants to pursue.

Thanks CF, I appreciate the kind words. Kind of sad and Kind of exciting at the same time. Brittany wants to sign early so she can fully enjoy her senior year in high school.
I really would like to hear where a lot of the 2004 high school players are planning on going?
Lacey Waldroop- looking at Catawba, L/R, Erskine, USC-S are entertaining her right now.
Larissa Miller is being looked at by L/R that I know of. She is the second baseman from McDowell.
Courtney Hudson - pitcher from T.C. Roberson is looking at
Emory and Henry as well as a school in Alabama.
These are the players I know about right now...

Shana Smith has commited to go to NC STATE . Shana is the 3rd
baseman for the Carolina Cardinals. This kid is a testimony in itself. She tore her ACL last year in basketball and had surgery in late FEB. She worked hard to come back and played all summer at third. She was able to start playing the second week of June. and excelled at all levels to get herself back. She attends Albemarle HS and is one of the most hardnose players I have seen. So when we think we have a injury that would take us out it maybe just a way to make you stronger.

Cassie Palmer Weddington second baseman on Cardinals is going to UNC-Chapel Hill

Thanks HSFAN & LBlues....I didn't list each players high school ....my bad.
    Brittany Shetley - Enka 3A
    Lacey Waldroop - Franklin
I did mention Courtney and Larrissa which are TC and McDowell respectively.
Is Taylor Queen wanting to stay home and go to L/R or get away from home?
I look forward to seeing St. Stephens in the playoffs assuming both Enka and St. Stephens make the playoffs of course.
I wish Enka would schedule a lot of these teams during the season as well...

    committed

Brittany Shetley gave a verbal to attend USCS next year. USCS has a great program and Coach Chris Hawkins is one of the best coaches in this area. Great school and an unbelievable softball complex. Brittany can now relax and focus strictly on school work and playing softball.:D : :aok:  :jump:

Way to go Brittany you to dad. I believe you get to relax too.
When the season starts I'll find that hand to shake.
