You guys need to check out the HSbaseballweb site...look under general information forum.

Some of the East Cobb people are defending themselves with their typical arrogance...

Their typcal response is.."We are the best..you guys are a bunch of whiners"...they make me sick!!!

That's a good thread. It basically comes down to this: There are enough high quality teams in the area to have our own tournaments without attending ECB, their tournaments and subjecting the players to such obvious "homering"....

    Check It Out

I have spoken with several teams who attended various age group tournaments in East Cobb this year and from ALL reports suggest you contact them to find out their experience before laying out the big bucks.

    SC Panthers 14U
    Greensboro Batting Center 14U

    Team Charlotte 13U

Overall, ECB has lost it's illustrious position as the place you "had" to play. The quality of play is no stronger than other tournaments you can find in Charleston, Jefferson City and other areas. The arrogance and other problems you face playing in their tournaments are just not worth it...and playing on their fields...forget it..it's like rolling dice if they bestow you the "honor" of playing on one of their fields.

Quite frankly, I hope our team never has to go down there AGAIN.

This is a quote from one of the coaches at ECB found on the HSbaseball website. " Our Fields, Our Games, Our Rules "...:barf:
