Eric Walker Memorial game

    Western Forsyth will play Mocksville Davie on Saturday 6/30. It will be a doubleheader between the Junior & Senior teams. The Junior game will start at 4pm & the Senior game will follow imediately afterwards. The memorial ceremony will between the 2 games.

    Eric played his High School ball at West Forsyth & Legion ball at Mocksville. Mocksville will present Eric's parents with his framed Mocksville jersey, all gate proceeds & 50/50 will go toward a memorial fund in Eric's Name.

    Please come out to Rich Park on Saturday and see some good baseball and support this fine memorial.

    tools- I really hope that you get great attendance. This is a well deserved tribute from a community that lost one of their son's.

    Junior game was played, then the rains came, flooded field. Had the memorial ceromony. Erics parents were presented with his framed Mocksville Jersey. Very emotional evening, Great job from the Mocksville Legion Leaders. Do not think the Senior game will be made up, both teams schedules are full as this is the last week of the regular season.
