Express Baseball Velocity Enhancement Program at Benchwarmers Sports Complex

    Express Baseball Velocity Enhancement Program​


    ​
    When: Dec. 4th – February 1st
    **We will take Dec. 25th and Jan. 1st off and resume on Jan. 4th **​
    8 Weeks
    18 sessions
    ​

    $175 for non – members
    $150 for members
    ** Program will be run by a Express Baseball Professional Instructor **​

    Ages 9-12: Wednesdays from 6 - 7 pm
    Saturdays from 10 am – 11 am.

    Ages 13 & Up: Wednesdays from 7 - 8 pm​

    Saturdays from 11 am – 12 pm.
    ​

    This is a program designed to help players develop a routine of how to throw, develop arm strength, and learn how to use their core to increase velocity both on the mound and from their positions.
