TBR fans, HS coaches, TB coaches, whoever---National Sports Clinics is having a softball clinic January 22-23 in Charlotte. For only $99 you can hear from the some of the best in the game Pat Murphy, Cindy Bristow etc. Since most of us can't afford the time or money to go the NFCA annual convention in December (this year in Nashville TN.) SMC Skills Camp

On January 16th, 2010 Spartanburg Methodist Junior College head softball coach Thad Fox, pitching coach Ashley Moore, and current SMC players will host a one day showcase camp for unsigned 2010 players, 2011, 2012, and 2013 graduates. Go to the SMC Softball home page at http://www.smcsc.edu/pages/Softball_Home click on the Showcase link to print off the registration form.

The Clinic will feature skills sessions on hitting, fielding, throwing, base running, pitching, and catching. There will also be a question and answer session for players and parents as well.

The clinic will begin at 2:00pm. Any interested players may also attend the school's Discovery Day. This will be a school provided campus tour that begins at 9:00am. Go to www.smcsc.edu and click on Discovery Day to register.

SMC Softball will also be practicing at 9:00am till 12:00 if anyone is interested in watching practice.

We would like to invite you to attend the 2010 NC NSA Coaches Clinic on Saturday, January 16 at the Wyndham Garden Hotel in Greensboro, NC. We are excited to inform you on the 2010 Tournament Schedule and new events we have planned for your teams in 2010. We will have guest speakers (see below), door prizes, and tournament coupons. Every head coach that attends will receive a coaches packet and lunch will be provided. The cost is only $30 (pre-registration - $35 at the door). Pre-registration is encouraged as we have limited seating for the clinic.

PCC Bulldogs Showcase/ Clinic

On Dec. 19th, Pitt Community College will be holding it's 3rd annual Showcase/ Clinic for unsigned 2010 graduates, as well as 2011 graduates. Head Coach Junior Bailey will be conducting this event. The showcase/ clinic will begin @ 12pm and go to approximately 3pm.

You will be able to showcase your baserunning, throwing, fielding, hitting, catching, and pitching.

FREE SPEED AND AGILITY CLASSES FOR ALL AGES

However , this class that's listed below is totally free -so I'm not sure if it falls in the range of an advertisement or an opportunity. All my players(14/U) attends and it comes highly recommended!

Free Speed and agility Sessions (for both boys and girls) with 2 times Superbowl Champion Dean Hamel. This class will focus on lower body power , stability/flexibility and core training . Times for December 19th sessions are: ages 8-10 at 10am , ages 11-13 at 11am , and ages 14 and up at 12noon. This will be held at 3UP/3DOWN Baseball Academy located at 351 16th St. PL.
