Farewell

    It's time to say farewell to an outstanding group of seniors at TC Roberson. Over the past two seasons this group led the Rams to two conference titles, an undefeated season, a national ranking and a 48-4 record. They're all great young men and we wish them the best as they graduate and move on to even bigger and better things in life.

    I do not know all of these guys personally, but best wishes to the two I have known for years - Wes Williams and Cameron Maybin. Wes will become a key member of the UVA program next year and we all will go to major league stadiums to watch Cameron, sooner rather than later.

    As a side note, TCR showed a lot of class after the game at Hickory Tuesday night. TCR has a class program on and off the field.
