    NSA Morganton Tournament

    Comets Teal 12u finished 2nd in the NSA Morganton Gatorade Mid Atlantic.

    Carolina Cobras 16U

    The cobras 16U played this weekend in Morganton only allowing 1 run in 2 days of play, winning the tournament. Amanda that was a good tournament with pretty good officials, man was it "hot" out there!!!!!!!!!
    Great speaker on Sunday morning.......

    Congratulations to the girls for a great weekend............

    Who are the Carolina Cobras 16u? Never heard of this team only heard of Charlie Blackwelder's Cobras 18u

    OLD ALEXANDER CUBS team, most of the Alexander Central high school players, Coach Sherrills players........think they played there first tournament this weekend........

    that's right, most of them have been playing together since they were 9-10, they are coming together and with Sherrills help, they are excelling.
    They took the name with Blackwelders permission, great name and great program.........thanks for asking........Congratulation to the 18u team this weekend............

    Magic vs Cobras

    Great ballgame this weekend in Huntersville between Carolina Cobras and the Magic. Two awesome ballteams. Magic came up with the win, strong bats and defense! Magic pulled it out strong in the last inning. Pitching was awesome on both sides. Love to see these 2 teams play more. Great group of girls on both teams!
