    Foothills HEAT & North Gaston High (2010) first baseman, Kinsey McClure, has committed to Coach Ellie Hanover and the Belmont Abbey Lady Crusaders. Not only is Kinsey a fantastic defensive first baseman who can hit with power, but she has the perfect temperament for a softball player. She is intensely competitive, but is a super sport, and mature beyond her years. Oh, and she would play every day of the week if possible. Kinsey is also a great student, and we think she will have a great academic and athletic career at the Abbey. This program is definitely headed in the right direction. NLI pics later. :hurray:

    KINS!!

    I am so excited for you! I told you that if you just prayed and had faith it would all work out! You are an amazing Softball player, and my very best friend! Our chicks dream may not have came true, but hey two lefty firstbasemen at one school would be crazy. You will do great there, and you will always ride that donk! Mom says that since I am going to be so far away that she will be there to watch you, and that she is getting a KINS shirt made. We love you so much, and I am glad that I got to be one of the first people that you shared your news with. We will have to celebrate soon, and watch movies that make us cry!

    and Rachy. i love you girl. thanks so much for being my bestfriend. idk what i would have done without you throughout these years. and to know our friendship started on the ballfield. go figure. :) tell your mom i love her and ill be looking for her! and you know ill ride that donk!
