Hey Guys...we really appreciate your sacrificing some of your time to report on Fall conditioning. It's very helpful to many of our members and the guests who peruse the board.

    Keep the reports coming!!!!!!

Rob---great to have you post. I can hardly wait to see how you have grown physically by your spring schedule.

JM15-- I absolutely agree 100% with your post. The Juco route is an excellent way to continue a solid education and play a tough schedule of opponents as well. Of course, I am extremely biased as I went that same route completing my education at USC.

Good luck to all you guys and I'm looking forward to your updates

I was hoping we'd "smoke out" a report from Davidson College! Awfully glad to see your contribution, Rob Wilson! Hope it's the first of many!

And, JM15, you couldn't be more correct about the valuable role that junior colleges play in the baseball world. For many talented players, they end up serving as a "bridge" between high school and college and/or the pros. As a result, there are many fine junior college programs; one of which is Lenoir.

If you get a chance, JM15, you might comment some more on the specific nature of your workouts. Also, since the fall junior college schedule is much different than that of 4-year programs, you might fill us in on that, as well.

hmmmm...I wonder if some current players at places like Elon, UNC-Asheville, Charlotte, Wingate, and Lenoir-Rhyne might be interested in contributing.

    Hey Guys,
Those all sound great. I am waiting right now for my academic advisor and I have a couple of minutes to kill so I thought that I would say hey and let everyone know that our first team practice is today at 2:15. I hear they last for usually about 4 hours. So due to the fact that I have mandatory study hall tonight from 7:30-9:30, I won't be able to update you guys as to how it went until around 10 or so.
I just thought I would let you guys know what was going on up here. Ill be on later tonight. Have a good one everybody.

    Hey guys.
I have a bad feeling that Isabel is gonna put a dent in some practice time later this week. I hope everyone makes it through alrite without any problems. Class here in Kinston has already been cancelled starting Wednesday afternoon... so that just goes to show what we are expecting around here.
