    My point is this - You insinuate that a coach or coaches are breaking the rules for practice out of season - Confront them through the appropriate channels and not this board.

    Powerbait, as much as I probably should, I can't just let that little comment slide.

    You know if you were on a Message Board dealing with local govt. or the highway system or zoning then you could probably bash Yadkin County all you want. However, you are on a Message Board dealing with Fast Pitch Softball and that is a totally different story.

    Forbush has as many state championships in Fast Pitch than does any of the 230+ high schools in the state (tied with N. Brunswick and possibly CC). We have 184 wins in 7 years, 24 conference championships in 29 years, 5 state championships total, 7 time state runner-up. Thats 12 trips to the finals in our 29 years of playing softball in the NCHSAA. Just ask Hopewell, West Forsyth, North Davidson, South View, Laney, Hoggard, Jack Britt, AC, West Rowan, Catholic and every 2a team in the state if we play softball in Yadkin county.

    If you were making a road trip in order to have a fine dining experience I would probably recommend that you pass. But if you want to watch some of the best softball in the state (4 of the best teams will be playing, WF, CC, Butler, and SV) then I recommend that you pack a lunch and get in your Hummer and come on up I77.

    "Powerbait" I have no idea where you are from but I am sure it is a wonderful place since you are there. :thinking:
