hey any fellow TBR's coming to the Forbush scrimmages this weekend. It's always nice to put a face with the names you so regularly see on here. And of course there's plenty of knowledge out there to shared for this game we all love and hate lol.

Absolutely CF, sounds like we are all in for a great weekend of ball. let's hope that the weather isn't too bad, ooops it is still Feb. isn't it lol. i'm sure i'll run into ya some time this year. we'll be at ND next weekend too. this is the first year in a while that we could possibly compete with some of these teams so we're all excited up here. who knows may even have a little something for West Forsyth this year. just a little friendly teasing BMAC. hope you and Brittany have a great year. enjoy the weekend guys and gals.

Central Cabarrus sent a clear message today.

    WE CAN HIT A SOFTBALL!!!

The Central team put on a show as they pounded out 29 runs in 9 innings. The team is stacked with hitters one thru nine and will be a tough out for anyone this season. I came away totally impressed with everyone of their hitters. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK HERE'S WHAT I HAVE. PLEASE EXCUSE ME FOR ANY ERRORS THE ONLY SCORES AND RESULTS I FOR SURE ARE OURS. THE REST IS WORD OF MOUTH AND WATCHING PARTS OF GAMES.

    CENTRAL CABARRUS 4 PARKLAND 0
    PARKLAND 3 WEST FORSYTH 0
    HOPEWELL 15 PARKLAND 0
    CENTRAL CABARRUS 15 STARMOUNT 0
    CENTRAL CABARRUS 10 REAGAN ?
    FORBUSH BEAT WEST FORSYTH
    BUTLER BEAT REAGAN
    STARMOUNT BEAT WEST FORSYTH
    HOPEWELL BEAT REAGAN

HOPEWELL VERY IMPRESSIVE WITH THE BATS. SAW AT LEAST 2 OR 3 LADIES GO YARD. CENTRAL WELL BALANCED ALL AROUND TEAM. DID NOT GET TO SEE BUTLER PLAY BUT HEARD WERE ALSO VERY IMPRESSIVE.
VERY HAPPY WITH THE MAJORITY OF OUR PLAY TODAY EXCEPT AGAINST HOPEWELL BUT MAN THOSE GIRLS WERE HITTING THE BALL ALL OVER THE PLACE. DIDN'T FACE BUT SAW GINA PITCH AGAINST REAGAN, THAT YOUNG LADY JUST WINS BALL GAMES. THE MAJORITY OF THE DAY WE HAD OUR ENTIRE INFIELD AS FRESHMEN AND SOPHMORES SO WE'LL DEFINATELY TAKE IT. SOMEBODY BRING SOME WARMER WEATHER WITH THEM NEXT WEEKEND AT NORTH DAVIDSON. SEE YOU ALL THEN

Hey nut, thanks for asking, shes doing good now, throwing the ball hard and the pitches are working well. We are playing at ND but dont know anything more. She got a little too much plate in the first inning against Hopewell and gave up two runs but settled down nicely. Pitched well against Butler only giving up a couple of hits only. Are you playing at ND?Been a while since I saw you.Hope Morgan is doing ok.

One other thing I noticed is the umpires for the three games at Forbush squeezed the pitchers all day, not consistent in what they were calling at all.I dont want to sound like I am whining or take anything away from the hitters at all but that is the way it was.Hopewell is bad news for who ever they are playing. Those girls can HIT.Also the girls on Hopewell and Butler played the game well on both sides of the ball.Good teams that we enjoyed playing. Best of luck to both this season.
