    On December the 28th I will be holding my annual Christmas camp This year camp will focus on overload under load and how it builds bat speed! I will check bat speeds now and then around 4 to 6 weeks your son can come back in also free and see how much bat speed he has gained! The camp will be at the Hitting Zone in Winston -Salem. You can go on line and sign up or call the Zone.

    11/12s. 1 to 3 check in at 1245. Limited to 25 players
    13/14s. 3 to 5 check in at 245. Limited to 25 players

    Clinic will be instructed by Mike a Smith along with some pro and college players

    Today the 29th we are having pitching, defense , and hitting clinic! You can hit all you want in the cages!! Great deal!
