Free Speed and Agility Session with 2 Time Superbowl Champion Dean Hamel. This class will focus on lower body power, stability and flexibility, and core training. Times for the APRIL 3RD AND APRIL 10TH session are: ages 8-10 at 10am, ages 11-13 at 11am, and ages 14 and up at 12pm.
