    Freedom JV Easter Softball Showcase

    Saturday April 8 at The New Freedom Park; Morganton, NC

    Teams invited to participate: Alexander Central, Butler, Central Cabbarus, East Surry, Freedom, Fred T. Foard, St. Stephens, & Watauga.

    Games begin at 10:30 am with all kinds of refreshments on sale throughout the day. Admission is $5 and that lasts the entire day.

    Here's the list of games:

    10:30: Watauga vs Fred T. Foard

    12:00: East Surry vs Fred T. Foard

    1:30: Butler vs Central Cabbarus

    3:00: Watauga vs St. Stephens

    4:30: East Surry vs Central Cabbarus

    6:00: Butler vs Alexander Central

    7:30: Freedom vs St. Stephens

    Game Results:

    Watauga vs Fred T. Foard: Watauga, 12-2 in 5 innings

    East Surry vs Fred T. Foard: East Surry, 7-0

    Butler vs Central Cabbarus: Central Cabbarus, 7-4

    Watauga vs St. Stephens: Watauga, 15-0 in 4 innings

    East Surry vs Central Cabbarus: Central Cabbarus, 10-2

    Butler vs Alexander Central: Alexander Central, 4-2

    Freedom and St. Stephens did not play due to a school event for St. Stephens that was this evening.
