    It is surpising to see all the pitchers on this list. Think I counted 35 out of 76 players. If counted right total players per school.
    UNC 8
    East Carolina 8
    App 7
    UNC Wil 5
    UNC Charlotte 5
    Total in state schools 61 Seems like the Carolina shcools are stay close to home to get players. Good luck to all.

    Most colleges carry 16-18 pitchers on the roster now due to to compressed schedule and playing 2 mid week games much of the time.

    Understand that. Was just looking at the number of totat players from the home state and the number of quality pitchers in that total. Half. That is just a great number. These guys are competing against other players from other states. I mean how many in coming Freshman on average per team. With 35 man roster Carolina has eight incoming freshman from NC. I mean Carolina roster looks like a who's who's of NC baseball.
