    FYI ~ Baseball is in the NCAA mandated "Quiet Period"​



    13.02.4.3 Quiet Period.
    A quiet period is a period of time when it is permissible to make in-person recruiting
    contacts only on the institution’s campus. No in-person, off-campus recruiting contacts or evaluations may​
    be made during the quiet period.

    30.10.7 Baseball. The following recruiting periods shall apply to baseball:

    Quiet Period - The Friday of the week of the fall signing of the National Letter of Intent through
    the month of February

    Yes, they can, but must follow rules of contact

    On the school's campus would mean that if the school had a camp, they could talk to a kid during the camp, right?

    showcase attendance?

    During the quiet period (now thru the end of February), are coaches permitted to attend showcase events off their own campuses (at other schools or other venues)? If they are allowed to attend, are they allowed to speak to a potential recruit?
