    Gametime was 8:00pm for some reason instead of the ususal 7pm, guess they needed just "one more change" in this eventful series...

    Winner of this huge game punches ticket to state tournament and faces Randolph County beginning Monday for Area 3 championship. Loser goes home.

    Lefty Zach Robinson (the most impressive Burlington pitcher I've seen in this series) is going for Burlington,,, Matt Hall is starting pitcher for Rowan.

    Rowan off to good start 4-0 after top 1st.

    Zack's Hotdogs in Burlington is good, and I know Westboy is happy right now with this lead,,, however, the thing that has been proven throughout this series so far, is no lead is safe.

    Radio guys keep talking about getting in 5 innings for complete game in case of more rain, but radar shows all the rain has moved east of Graham, and moving away so they appear to be clear.

    Headed towards bottom of 4th, still 8-3 Rowan.

    Dodson McPherson just hit a drive over the centerfield fence for Burlington's 3rd homerun of the night. Rowan CF Micah Jarrett apparently got a glove on the ball, but lost his glove with the ball over the fence.

    Rowan now 8-5, Burlington still batting in bottom of 5.

    ^^Thanks for that explanation tj. I'm listening to the other Rowan broadcast and they weren't sure what happened.
