I think Brandi Cook can become a nice pitcher if she learns to use her legs and hips with her delivery. I saw all arm but her control is good and her drop ball was working, she goes up on her toes a little and maybe that allows her to get that drop working. She has good size and will only get bigger and stronger as she matures and starts lifting weighs etc. If she works hard, we will be hearing about her for awhile!:blah:

Freedom's pitchers don't throw extremly hard but they throw strikes. Ramsey(sophomore) throws mid 50's, Davis (junior) throws a lot of pitches, Harriger(junior) and Hasson(freshman) also throw the ball well, they have 4 pitchers that can throw and get people out, just don't have that speed thrower that can strike everyone out. The defense is what they pride theirselves in. McKee at third(all-state) is awesome. Excellent catcher(Cross-only senior on team) Harrell(sophomore) SS, speed in the outfield with Conley and Ali Ford. If they play great defense and hit the ball they could be a lot of trouble for some top teams in the NW4A.
