The score is right. One of those nights where anything Fuquay hit was directly at a MC player. MC pitcher Marshall held Fuquay to just 3 hits in 5 2/3 innings. Price picked up the loss. The one question mark coming into the season (scoring runs) jumped up to bite Fuquay. Fuquay travels to Western Harnett where McLaurin will get the start.

    PAC 6 standings

The PAC 6 is down to a 2 horse race...
    Current standings are:

    Orange 14-2 (5-0)
    Riverside 14-1 (4-1)

These two should be representing the conference in the State Playoffs.

    Havelock falls in Conference Play

DH Conley defeated Havelock on Friday, giving them their first Big East loss of the season. The score was 6-1. Earlier in the week, Conley had lost to New Bern 11-6. This really mixes up the standings in the Big East. J H Rose knocked of New Bern 9-2 on friday to take the lead in the tough conference.

    J H Rose: 16-1, 6-0
    Havelock: 15-2, 5-1
    DH Conley: 13-6, 5-2
    New Bern: 11-9, 2-4

Havelock faces JH Rose on Monday
DH Conley faces JH Rose on Tuesday

    Re: Orange 8 Riverside 2

This pretty much locks the conference up for Orange.

spacedawg: Is any team in a position to catch Riverside? I know the PAC 6 gets 3 berths, and I'm personally picking Person to come from behind and get the third berth, but how about Jordan????

If you could, give us some updates..

    Four Rivers Conference

How about a little 1A coverage from the east you ask????

As I can piece it together ....... Williamston is running away with everything. They are the #1 ranked team in 1A ball by Impact, ahead of defending champ (and very tough) South Stokes. They are also #1 in the BCA Coaches Poll.
