The Trojan Sports Network will continue on the cutting edge of high school sports broadcasting this season as they announced a new partnership with Play-by-Play Sports Properties LLC and TuneIn Radio.
The venture with the company based in Palo Alta, Calf., will allow fans to listen to Trojan sports directly from their smart phones, from anywhere in the world.

In order to listen, fans should download the free application on any smartphone and search for the Garner Trojans. Streaming through TuneIn Radio will begin with the August 26th home football opener with Athens Drive.

"The Trojan Sports Network has been on the cutting edge of high school sports broadcasting since its inception in 2007 and with our new venture with TuneIn Radio and Play-by-Play Sports Properties, we can continue to provide the Garner High community with a way to keep up to date with the latest in high school sports.” said Chris Edwards, voice of the Trojans.

Edwards continued, "Additionally, we are thrilled to be the first school in America to venture into the smart phone medium. We believe that with this venture Garner alumni from across the world will be able to have a small piece of home with them no matter where they might be."

Games will continue to be available online through www.garnertrojans.com, however the partnership with TuneIn Radio will continue through the end of the school year.

Trojan Club President Mark Massey said, "This is a great opportunity for Garner Magnet High School to continue to promote our student-athletes, not only in football but in all sports. Our goal has always been to give our student-athletes the best possible exposure in hopes they can receive a college scholarship and this partnership will continue that mission."
