    WHAT A GAME

    Thanks for the pics. What a great game. Leesville team kept a solid offensive team at bay for several innings until they cut loose. Go trojans!! Hats off to Leesville, though they may have been out matched in player for player talent they put up a fight and showed what heart can do. Best of luck to those trojans!!!!

    ....the only hat I can remember MB wearing. I know you're just poking a little fun here but , hey, I'm serious, Morgan wears this bad boy with pride! And when you're one of the top 5 HS ballplayers in the state, you can wear anything you want! Especially the RED and WHITE!!!!!!!!! Go Pack!!!!

    she's a diehard yankees/jeter/wolfpack fan. dream come true for her to play at state... now only if she could play for the yankees one day.... lol

    Awards issued at tonight's Spring sports banquet:
    All-Conference: Morgan Barbour, Nadia Jeffries, Christie Wright, Amanda Beach and Kimmie Stewart
    Trojan Award: Mary Scott Powell
    Most Outstanding Player: Morgan Barbour
    GNRC Player of the Year: Morgan Barbour
    All-Academic: Morgan Barbour, Amanda Beach, Ashley Carroll, Kasey Hamrick, Cecily Parrott, Mary Scott Powell, Kimmie Stewart, Megan Strickland, Paige Waggy, Haley Warner, Jessie Warner, Christie Wright

    GMHS is very proud to announce:
    67 student athletes achieved GPA of 3.50 or higher
    7 teams had composite GPA of 2.90 or higher
    6 teams had composite GPA of 3.00 or higher including the entire girl's soccer team, 16-2-2 NCHSSA play-off qualifier!!
    Great things are happening at Garner Magnet High School!!
