Give some details about Georgia's playoffs. Its obvious that 32 teams enter the playoffs, but how many high school teams are there in the state and how are those 32 playoff teams determined? How many regular season games are played?

 

.........I live in the middle of NC and have no idea who any of these teams are, but I will follow this playoff because I love fastpitch, and appreciate folks, coaches, players parents, teams, fans,......and the kids who work hard, no matter where they live. After the regular season is over we have a region play-off and the top 4 teams advance through the play-offs untill you get to state.

This was our schedule this year, we are a single A team with 5A being the largest.
