    my kids played for tony on carolina fear, just giving credit where credit is due, he pushed them up for their own good and it worked.

    My dd played a few 16U tournaments last year when she was 12U. She loved it, played well and hit the ball better than some of the 16U's. The only drawback was the cockiness she experience from the older girls. More 'attitude' than what she was use to. She's all business on the field so it was different. I really think each girl is different in their abilities and mental/physical maturity. JMO
