    triples were not my forte' that's for sure. i didn't pick my parents well for speed.

    Two summers ago...

    I had the privilege of attending a Shelby vs. Caldwell County Legion matchup at Veteran's Field. On that night, we all witnessed a rising junior in high school blast not one, not two, but three homeruns out of that deep field. That young man was Dusty Quattlebaum. What a memory for us all!
