    Signed a professional contract on May 25, 2010 with the Rio Grande Valley WhiteWings of Harlingen, Texas. Greg is the 5th man in a five man pitching rotation. The WhiteWings are a member of the United League, a professional independent baseball league that operates in Texas.

    The WhiteWings have a Charlotte connection. In addition to Greg, Kevin Dietrich is putting up some good numbers as the starting left fielder. Jason Moody is the pitching coach. All played high school baseball in Charlotte.
