    JH Rose 3
    WCHS 1

With Providence pulling out of Tournament, JH Rose only had to play one game and that was on Sat. Best pitchers had plenty of rest to go into championship game.... plus they stayed at home in their own beds and had homecooked meals! WCHS was in a motel for 5 days of which 3 were wait around days to play(Sunday no tournament games scheduled....Monday game suspended in 1st due to field conditions and Tues rainout)

The WCHS/SCentral game was resumed(started with 2nd inning) at 1:30pm on Wed and then WCHS was forced to play JHRose in Championship right after that game ended.

Looking at bracket set-up, if JHRose got win in Game 8 because of withdrawal of Providence, then that would throw Providence in the loser's game against SCentral so it looks like SCentral got win there thus taking 3rd place.

Providence's withdrawal sure played havoc with end results.

Considering all...JHRose got out of that tournament very easily!
