    I am trying to help out a HS softball coach who knows literally nothing about pitching..anyone got any resources they d be willing to share etc...so I can forward to him? Please feel free to PM me???

    what area? know some really pitching coaches in the gaston area that would be willing to help for nothing.

    ......Contact the coach at Pitt Comm. College. He's a straight up guy who is in the area, and might be able to help with a name or two.

    In one weekend a coach......

    ......could gain valuable smarts just by watching the sessions going on down at Grand Slam in Raleigh. This is a huge facility that has Coach Dobbins and a couple of other fastpitch coaches constantly involved teaching the game to all ages. No cheap plug intended for GS, just the simple fact that there is a boat load of knowledgable instruction in one central place.
