    Guys,

    First off, I want to thank each and every one of you for your donations to our program. The gloves, bats, gear, etc have generated so much enthusiasm into a program that only had 20 kids total tryout for jv and varsity combined. Last Thursday at an open workout we had 15 kids show up, only 3 of which were returning players.

    Here is the dilemma I have now. A tbr member was going to come and be my jv coach but circumstances beyond his control will not allow this. No one is more upset than he is. All of the work you guys have done to help us out my be for naught, unless I can find someone to lead these young men.

    If any of you guys from eastern north carolina know of someone that may be interested in coaching j.v. baseball please let me know.

    Again, thank you so much for all of the work you have done for my boys. I wish you guys could have seen some of their faces when I gave them the cletes, gloves, and bats that you so graciously donated. God bless you all.
