    I don't know much about Hickory this year except that they beat st. stevens 56-0. I'm just lookin forward 2 a good game! Good luck 2 both this friday.

    Hickory JV is currently 6-0 (3-0 in SWFoothills Conf.). The JV has won 12 in a row and 31 of their last 32 games going back to 2000. Their only loss in that period was a 15-10 loss to Crest last season.

    Well By God! It ain't nothing for the Red Tornadoes to whoop a teams butt! How bigga team are ya!
    I'll have to favor Hickory in this game by 10. Hickory has alot of talent as well as the kicking edge. Ryan is a hecka of a kicker. Hickory will take it to their 4A rival. AC has improved vastly this year but not enough to beat Hickory.

    lol Well by God! Thanks Boxman! I guess we're the favorites but the Cougars always play hard and have given us a few scares. Had to come from behind to beat 'em in '99 and last year, too. When people think of Hickory High and rivalries, they don't think about Alexander Central, but it really is a nice, intense rivalry between the two schools. So, everybody is looking forward to it. They've got some big-play players to watch out for. It's the "river rivalry."


    BTW, congrats to the Wonders on the win over Statesville. Should be clear sailing for them from now on to win conference.

    Alexander vs. Hickory

    I would have to give this game to Alexander because of there Def. Because if they play like i know they can they will beat Hickory. To Alexander keep up the good work.
