NPC still splits its schedule for the first half of the season due to weather issues. I think 2009 will be the 2nd year that we have a home/away (varsity/JV) schedule. Its not until the beginning of the second half that we play doubleheaders. I wasnt aware that the concessions were not open for the J.V games. Glad I dont have to sit in the stands then....Good luck to all NPC teams in 2009. Hope to follow all deep in the states this year and hopefully they wont have to knock each other out until the late rounds.

Maybe the varsity should be playing the early game rather than the late game for the first part of the season. Also not sure how it saves money unles they all ride 1 bus.

Have signed agreements that tie to the PD Translator with Braves. He will be heading up heater sells in the stands. I will be working the parent batter angle selling the new "Get'em Hot" bat warmers and gloves. So those rocks will be like cotton.
The American Way.....:usa:take you money as long as it is cash.

It's that "new math" they've been teaching in high schools! Maybe the savings would come from having a trainer, AD, ticket-taker, etc. at only one location, instead of paying for two?

I love the double headers. When the games were early, I missed a ton of my son's games because of the early starts and because I happen to WORK. I was able to maybe catch the last inning or two.
Yay! This makes me so happy!
