    It was a real team effort for Cherryville. All the players for Cherryville contributed in a hugh way all 3 days.
    South Point is a very agressive team and plays hard, good hitting and really good defense.

    Taylor Carpenter threw her second perfect game of the year. Completing the 2 1/2 innings with 8 strikeouts. Way to go Taylor !!!!!

    Leading hitters were:

    Taylor Carpenter - 2 for 2, two triples, 2 runs scored, and 3 RBI's
    Taylor Miller - 2 for 2, with a triple and 1 RBI
    Allison Starnes, Lindsay Crudele and Emily Lewis each had one hit.

    Keep up the great work ladies !!!! Your hard work is paying off !!!!!

    Mt. Pleasant 15-0 overall, 11-0 in the RRC Conference

    Next game is Saturday vs. Ledford in Tiffany Crouse Memorial Tournament

    Congratulations Cherryville! Way to go Taylor! Just be sure you bring all that hard hitting to our first Lady Blues tournament of the season on 4/25! lol
