    Game went 9 innings. I don't have the stats (missed the 1st inning) but both teams were hitting the ball.

    Kayla Pine started for LN and went 7 innings. Scored tied. Stacey Houser came in and pitched the last 2 innings.

    Bottom of the 9th, 2 outs, KP knocked in Mariah McGuffey for the winning run.

    Mooresville played a great game too today.

    Please pray for Mooresville's 3rd baseman, Megan, who was hit in the forehead by a line drive today. She was taken to the hospital but I haven't heard an update yet.

    Julia pitched 1st 3 innings. Courtney Kirby pitched final 2 innings.

    St. Stephens plays double header tomorrow at Patton. Then it will be down to the final week (regular season). This season has flown by.

    That was an exciting game. You would have thought it was a playoff game. Hated to see the Garner girls lose. They almost tied it up--had a runner at third at the end. Happy for Alex Ryan, though. People don't know just how hard that girl works. It's obvious Christie has put in a lot of work also. She's throwing really well. Great game ladies.
