    Week did not start out well,so hope everyone will keep NC posted on your areas' teams, to included times and dates on the rescheduled ones! Also check out the www.northcarolinaihigh.com for the New Softball polls. Voting is getting tougher and I encourage all fans, coaches and supporters to Contiune posting results here and send [email protected] an email on interesting stories, results and any college committments your area teams may have! Your responses to ihigh last week were great and lets keep that bug in the coach's ear, media and others about your softball teams! Thanks to all posters and hope you will " add a friend" to join us in TBR Softball! Note: I donated 10 dollars today to ThisBoardRocks and I hope others will donate so we can contiune to assist, cover a large area and get players and teams so great exposure! This is truely worth it, as many have ask me how we cover the cost...........here it is.....just a small donation(See Sticky)!

    Tuesday: Harding @ CC
    Wednesday: CC @ West Charlotte
    Thursday: CC @ N. Meck
    Saturday: CC @ Independence

    Monday Butler at S.meck Butler won 4 to 2
    South played very well, They Should have a strong Conf. tournament finish.

    Tuesday 5/5 Butler at East Meck JV at 4pm Var. at 6pm Weather could flip start times check with school.

    Thurs. 5/8 Myers Park at Butler JV @4pm Var.@ 6pm
    This should be a good game. It means a lot to both teams.

    And Hopewell is hosting the MECA-8 tournament this year

    East Lincoln will be at Hunter Huss today, and maybe we can finish this game from Last Friday.

    East will be at South Point on Thursday

    And East Gaston will be at East Lincoln on Friday.


    And hope it doesn't rain any more!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Enka 15 - 0 over Tuscola....glad to see Enka back on track.

    It sure felt good to play in the Sunshine. :cool: :cool:

    Butler won over Myers Park in nine Innings,
    by one to nothing

    It was a pitchers dule with Bowen having 18 Strikeouts for Butler, and O'Conner with 13 for Myers Park. Both Pitchers gave up four hits
    Butler won by an error on an infield pop-up with two outs and runners on second and third. in the bottom of the ninth.
    It was a great game. and its a shame that it ended on an error.

    We play East Meck tomorrow Varsity at four and JV right after.

    Todays win earned Butler the SWAAAA Conference championship.
