    This is great! What is being described here is a fundamental difference between high school ball and travel ball, ...that is, sport specific conditioning, and speed and agility training. Undertaking these chores is absolutely vital to the health of the athlete and the advancement of the game.

    the teams who have been running, lifting and exercising will be in the best shape to start the season. the ones who have been hitting, fielding, throwing and pitching will be winning the games.
