    Low pitch absolutes:
    1) Pitch recognition-does she throw it for a strike and do I need to protect that zone?
    2) Head MOST stay on it-as with any hitting
    3) Bat head most get on plane of pitch-it this case LOW
    4) Arms are the key-they are the longest in the low zones and the high out zone. A hitter must know how to get on the plane of the break and extend the arms.
5)Think hit the bottom half of the ball 'cause we know she is throwing it to get a ground ball so beat her.

And I think pitching has the edge-notice how over the years we have made all the improvement to the hitters equipment and not much at all to the pitchers. A good ball is still under $7 bucks and it beats a $300 bat 70% of the time with defenses help.
