    On Dec 28th the Zone will be having a clinic. We will work on the overload under load principles and how they increase bat speed!! I will be checking bat speed for everyone and then in around 6 weeks the player can come back in and have it rechecked also for free!! The clinic will be done by Mike Smith along with college players and some pro players!

    11 and 12 year olds from 1 to 3 25 players only register 12:45

    13 and 14 year olds from 3 to 5 25 players only register 2:45
    Make sure you bring a helmet!! and bats!!

    As of Wednesday we have 9 slots left in the 13 and 14s Still have several openings in the 11and 12s!! This is the 2nd year I've had the free camp and it has been a great experience for the players!! I will have at least 6 pro and college guys helping me so your son will get all the swings he can handle!!

    Saturday Free Camp update

    We have 6 slots open in the 13/14s as of Thursday!! We have 12 in the 11/12s!! Don't miss out on a free clinic!! Not many things are free anymore!!
