How about Tommy Knotts to Duke?

    Duke has now fired Carl Franks and needs to do something to shake things up. How about hiring what may be the most successful coach in NC HS history? Wouldn't that make some headlines and even open some in state recruiting doors.

    Just a thought.

    He did go to Duke so its not out of the question. I think the Devils might go after Tom Coughlin or the coach at NIU.

    Tom Coughlin...what player would play for this control freak.He has mental issues.Tommy Knotts would give them a huge recruiting edge.

    Tommy Knotts won't go to Duke because he can't recruit like he does at Independence. Duke doesn't have an open enrollment policy like Mecklenburg County.

    Tommy Knotts was offered a job by a Geargia high school.In addition to his salary their was a 40,000 bucks a year added on.I guess Knotts did not get any attention with the development of Chris Leak.Indy ranked 5th in national polls and no one has heard of Knotts??
