    Thanks Coach 27

You have been a major influence for both boys so I thank you for that. Jeff is obviously my favorite player in NC because his work ethic is unmatched and his willingness to be a teamate first is a goal I have for all players who play the game. Little Jon was a worked hard tonight but went 1-3 with a walk and a rbi single in a 10-6 victory. Kenny, watch out for freshman Adam Griffin. Two gap shots for doubles and a hose in right. Going to be bigtime. Lassiter raking the ball as usual.

    Well, I'll bite too!

My son (Kris Richards) went 2-3 yesterday against Garner with 4 RBI's. Had one strike out and 2 walks w/ a stolen base. No errors at short. Season so far looks good.

    Its great

to have a site like this so you can hear about these players. Jon is such a great kid he loves the game and he is so intense. I love to watch that boy play the game. And the talent is obvious. The first time I saw Adam Griffin I knew he was special. He is so athletic and what an arm. He will be a top level guy before he is done. I can't wait to see both these guys play this summer.

Congrats on Kris heels_25. I have heard so many great things about your son. I hope he has a tremendous season and it looks like he is off to a great start.

    Last night's game

Son went 3 for 3 with a single, triple and 2 run HR. The part that I am proud of is that he finally has settled in and started hitting the ball again. See kid, the coach's do know what they are talking about!

    Bragging

How about if everybody posts something from their kids game that a player other than their child did well? This way you are sharing good memories, but not bragging about your own child (or putting a hex on them ! )

Sorry Mr Greatest BUT this thread is first and foremost about our son's and it is not considered bragging SO please understand!!!

By the way there are other threads on here for results and what all kids and all teams do.
