Wrong... If her foot is in the air when she makes contact, it is legal...
Contact with the foot on the ground during contact, she is out..

    Not going to get it....

We had a case this year in two separate games, same slapper who is a sucker for a change up. First change up in the first game, made contact with the ball with both feet out of the box...no call...we called time and asked the home plate ump about her being out of the box, his response was
"Coach, do want me to watch the ball or her feet?" After a polite conversation I asked him to watch her the next time at bat which she did the same exact thing...called time and asked for an appeal from the field ump...neither saw anything.

Second game I chatted with the umpires, who are two of the better ones that we get, and told them that we were going to throw her a change and to watch for contact out of the box. Again, both feet out of the box on contact, time called appealed to both umpires, HP didn't see her feet (clear cleat mark) and field said "the sun was in my eyes and I couldn't see her feet."

In my opinion, at the HS level, you will never get this call...waste of time and breath.
