Crest 54 KM-0 At the end of the first Quarter Crest had around 159 yards to KM's 9. Crest had the ball 8 times in the game and scored a TD each time. Crest had, I think, 25 first downs. Littlejohn, Padgett, Gullatte all went over the 100 yard mark. Soph sensation Jordan Robinson (QB) was able to play the 2nd half and looked awesome. Crest unveiled it's new no huddle offense :scared2: :xyzthumbs :laugh1: :applause:  A machine like effort for the Chargers last night. Woe be unto St Stephens, who some say may the worst 3A team in the state, as they visit the Chargers next Friday which will be homecoming for the Chargers and weather permitting, the first time the Chargers have played a home game on Friday this season, and only their 2nd home game overall.

Wallace Rose Hill 35 Hobbton 21
    Garner 61 Enloe 29

    Tony Baker stats

Last night against Union Pines, a 70-7 win: 11 rushes for 265 yards; 4 touchdowns rushing of 13, 55, 52 and 67 yards, also an opening kickoff touchdown run of 85 yards.

1,568 yards for this season, 8,769 career yards. T.A. McLendon's record (9,039) will likely not fall home next week in huge game against High Point Central but on October 22 against Asheboro. Both games are home for the Tigers.

wossa will be all jittery for the next few days.

I bet it does fall next week against Central.

Central's defense isn't as good as they think. They gave up 290 yards rushing to some nobody from Trinity last night and over 300 yards rushing against Asheboro last week. I can hear Baker revving his engines already. He always has big games against Central - over 300 yards last year and over 200 yards in the first half the year before.

As for last night's stats - I can't figure out where those #s came from - since he only carried the ball 11 times it was real easy to keep track and he had 274 yards. Recruiting guy from InsideCarolina was there and he had 274 also - either way the record goes down next week - just like Central :xyzthumbs

I would love to see that happen wossa! But please, please don't search for those lost nine yards. Dr. Grier and the school board wouldn't want to think something was wrong and they couldn't count. ;)

Sorry folks, that is an inside joke, understandable only to Guilford County residents.
