    So can I now get my prize for predicting - in rebuttle to a March 7th (I believe) post -that LKN would NOT finish the predicted 5th; that they would indeed be #1 or #2.

    How did Mallard Creek do last night with Burns,last I heard they were down 2 to 0 in 3rd

    Lake Norman Wildcats rolled on last night. Beat a very scrappy North Iredell Raiders team, I think 12-4 was final at home. Senior Joey McAlpin 6 good innings on the hill, A Gagide in relieve. Offense was up and down the lineup. Nice night for baseball.

    What if I-MECK CONFERENCE TOURNAMENT DOESN'T MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE?

    As I understand it, how teams finish the regular season determines seeding in state playoffs. So, will we see teams playing to win the I-MECK, or preparing for the state playoffs?? IE, resting pitchers, changing line ups, giving some subs valuable playing time, etc. :Reagan-hittin-head-
