    Ln will be the reg season #1 seed with a 2-0 record over MC

    Both teams will be co-champs. The number one seed is for conference tournament seeding only, and the state playoff #1 seed will go to the team that advances the farther in the tournament. If both are knocked out in the same round a special playoff game shall be held to determine the #1 seed.

    Proud Parent of the Hammond Boys and Their Teams

    Tonight we had the unique experience of both our boys pitching on the same night, for different high schools, in different locations across town. Michael Hammond started for the Hough JV team at Mooresville. They won 10-2 and they wrapped up their season going 15-1 and he was 5-0 for the season on the mound.

    Across town at Hopewell for Senior Night, Justin Hammond pitched the complete game win over Mallard Creek with a final score of 13-1. He faced 16 batters in five innings, missing a perfect game by one hit.

    It's been a great season! Now we look forward to the conference tournament and playoffs.

    Have not seen LN or NM score, but I am pretty sure they will be winners. I don't know how to seed the 2,3,4 seeds.

    Vance at Hopewell

    I agree.. I have that it should Mallard Crk #2 Hopewell #3 and Msvl #4

    Not sure what I am missing that puts Hopewell @ #2

    I would have thought Mooresville would be the 3 seed since they split with Hopewell but swept the #1 seed.
