Ian Edmiston (CBC O's/Lake Norman HS) Heading to Fordham

    It is an honor to announce that Ian Edmiston, (2012 CBC O's, Lake Norman HS), has verbally committed to Fordham University. Ian has been with the CBC O’s Baseball Program for several years and has proved to be an excellent player and student. His drive and determination on the ball field as well as the classroom has helped him join Coach Leighton and the Fordham Baseball Program. He is a hardworking 6ft 175lb MINF that shows off exceptional skills defensively and a very good hitter hitter. Congratulations to Ian, his parents, and Coach Leighton at Fordham.

    Congrats Ian, you are an exceptional young man that has worked hard to achieve your dreams of playing at the next level.

    Fordham University is getting a high-quality young man. Congratulations Ian and to your parents. Now that all of this is behind you continue to have a great senior year at LNHS.

    Congratulations to Ian (and to Mom & Dad). Ian is an uncommon athlete...combining great skill and competitiveness with humility and great character. A few years ago, he hit 4 HRs in 4 at bats in a travel team tournament in Maryland!
