    Pre-fall college......

....or something like that, what I mean is from the time a kid signs in Nov. until they arrive on campus in August, lots of playing, conditioning time rolls on.
Its my understanding that most if not all colleges provide a workout schedule for their in coming freshman class as well as a workout gig for the returning players.
Also, if anyone thinks that just signing is a free pass to the next level is sadly mistaken.
No doubt a kid HAS TO play some ball, as high of a level of ball that she can during this period.
AND beleive what you want, but its cool for college freshmen who have one year of experience in NCAA and still have ASA eligabilty to put on some plastic cleats and play in the Golds if ever possible.

    1. if your college coach says don't play and rest your arm ,then you don't play and rest your arm.
    2. if your college coach says play for XYZ in the golds, then you play, period!
    3. NO DOUBT whatsoever, we all recognize that in showcase tourneys, ......all bells and whistles go straight to the unsigned kids. They play and the signed or Freshmen play as needed.

Last, I'll never forget the day I walked into my college locker room and saw kids who were fat maybe or lazy looking etc., and then I got on the field and watched those players wax my butt!
I like to call this the"Charles Barkley Affect", .....whats that?....well, Charles Barkley was a fat kid who could out run out jump and out shoot most anybody, and he looked like he just got up from the buffet table. The moral of this story is you might think you're a badass until you realize what a real badass is.
Don't sit on your fist and lean back on your thumb if you want to be your best!
