    Business Relations

    Purely from a business standpoint....

If you have a company that offers a service and have collected money for that service, then cannot provide the service, a refund should be issued.

If you have a company that offers the ability to correspond by email, by phone, or by writing, then you, as a company, should respond to any inquiries received via those methods.

I'm not involved with Impact, but good business is good business.

Good customer relations are what pay the bills.

It appears that the subscribers who paid their fees have been unfairly taken advantage of. It sounds like Impact received their fees and has had use of them for however many months are applicable, and the consumer has had nothing in return. This is not good business ethics regardless of what business it is. :twocents:

I agree with Braves....let this one go! :dead-hors

The statement on the web site indicates "all current subscribers will be given a subscription for a year"...if Impact doesn't deliver and/or you don't feel this is just, you always have the option to never log in on Impacts Website again.

Braves....hopefully you can get the "bugs" worked out on our page and shut this one down.

Not continuing the bashing or the lovefest, but I did have a question on the same topic.

What type of infomation is gained by subscribing to the website that is not available to the general public? And what was the cost of the subscription.

Please, I do not want this to continue the previous theme. Just curious about the benefits of subscribing. Thanks.

I didn't delete it but I locked it so as to put an end to the posting on the subject.
