    Hurricanes

    The Hurricanes are a rapidly improving program. Summer before this one they were new and not competitive. This summer they were very competitive with all the teams on the circuit. Coach Petty is doing a whale of a job building it.

    Dang it Prepster! My self esteem had just moved to the plus side. Oh, and by the way Byrd, remember that ball that a certain kid from Roxboro hit out of the stadium on a nice, navel high pitch from a certain kid from Rocky Mount at the Easter Tournament? Well, I'm still waiting on the $$ to fix the window it broke in the ladies house outside the fence(well outside the fence).
    You see, Coach Smith said the ultimate responsibility for said window lay with the kid who initiated the action to begin with(that would be the pitcher). Could we maybe split it 50/50?
